This patient had a previous hair transplant but desired more density and coverage. He was particular concerned about his receding hairline. Due to his previous hair transplant, body hair transplant was the best option for more donor hair sources. The patient underwent two body hair transplants totalling 11,000 grafts.

Hair was used from both his head and beard. The first BHT surgery transplanted 8,000 grafts. The second BHT surgery transplanted 3,000 grafts. His receding hairline was dramatically improved.
